My process for this piece has been fascinating and vulnerable for all parties. My ambition when creating this piece was to provide a space where reality and expectations are compared and deciphered, how to deal with those experiences alongside getting out of bad mindsets and coming out the other side, whether alone or together for support. We also explored improvisation tools throughout to allow raw emotion of each individual to come through their movement and understand how each situation affects themselves.
